In our Estonian office and factory our employees are committed to ensuring all Aclima products are of the best quality. With a long history and relevant experience in textile production, we consider our combined knowledge and focus on quality our strongest asset.

Interview with Monika Morel, CEO Aclima Baltic AS

In Aclima we are convinced of the importance to have control over the total chain from the raw materials to the end products. I’m proud to say we have our own factory in Estonia where we produce most of our garments.The connection between our factory, Aclima Baltic, in Estonia and the head office in Norway is close, with daily follow-up on product development, production planning and quality assurance. We also visit the factory on a monthly basis. This close connection over the years has built good relationship with our Estonian colleagues. Many of the employees have been a part of the Aclima team since the factory was established in 1999.
